The Mautic World Conference returns to London on 4-5 November 2026 at Sea Containers. And we want to hear from you.

We're looking for sessions and panels that help the community get more out of Mautic. Practical experience beats polished slides. If you've built something, solved something, or learned something the hard way, that's exactly what we're after.

What we're looking for

• Marketing Automation Best Practices -- campaigns, workflows, segmentation
• Developing with Mautic -- plugins, integrations, API deep-dives
• Scaling and Optimising Mautic -- performance, infrastructure, large-scale deployments
• Email Marketing -- deliverability, design, strategy
• AI and Mautic -- practical applications, not just theory
• Digital Sovereignty and Privacy -- open source as an alternative to walled gardens
• Marketing Strategy -- how Mautic fits into the bigger picture
• E-Commerce -- Mautic with WooCommerce, Shopware, Magento and others

Format

• Sessions: 30 minutes (talk + Q&A)
• Panels: 45 minutes (moderated discussion, 2-4 panellists)

All levels welcome, from introductory overviews to expert deep-dives.

What happens next

After the deadline, our review committee will evaluate all proposals. You'll be notified of the outcome by email.
Accepted speakers receive a complimentary conference ticket.
