 session is where we take stock together.\n\nThe Mautic Update is the Proje
 ct Lead's annual account of how the project is really doing. We will walk 
 through what has been released over the past twelve months and the work th
 at made it possible\, look transparently at our funding\, our governance a
 nd the health of our contributor base\, and set out the roadmap and the pr
 iorities I would like us to hold for the year ahead.\n\nThere is a wider s
 tory running alongside all of this. Organisations across Europe and beyond
  are rethinking what it means to depend on platforms they do not control\,
  and marketing automation is one of the places that dependency has the big
 gest impact when it comes to customer data. I will talk about where Mautic
  sits in that shift\, and what we need to do to position Mautic as the go-
 to solution.\n\nExpect candour rather than a highlight reel\, a clear pict
 ure of where we need help\, and time to ask me whatever you want to know a
 bout the direction we are taking.
